Return & Exchange Policy

For GCC Countries:
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

For Worldwide Orders:
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving the order, under the same conditions as above.
Important Notes:
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, after inspection and approval of the returned item.
